A Washington County Tennessee Grand Jury Has Indicted A Woman In Connection With The Death Of And ETSU Graduate Assistant. 25-Year-Old Mialandra Yeneek Bizzell Is Charged With Vehicular Homicide And Leaving The Scene Of An Accident In The Death Of 26 Year Old Halieann Rex. She Died In The Hospital After Being Struck While Riding Her Bicycle Last October. The Indictment Alleges Bizzell Was Driving Under The Influence At The Time Of The Crash. If Convicted, Bizzell Faces Up To 30 Years In Prison. She’s Set To Appear In Criminal Court On June 16th.
