The Elizabethton City Council Has Appointed Theresa Smith As The New Municipal Judge. The Appointment Comes Following The Suspension Of Judge Jason Holly’s Law License. City Manager Daniel Estes Says Council Members Considered Smith’s Background With The District Attorney’s Office And Her Previous Experience As Elizabethton’s City Judge. Judge Stacy Street Had Been Serving As The Interim Municipal Court Judge Until The Permanent Replacement Could Be Selected.
