The Sioux Honey Association Co-Op And Food City Have Donated Two And A Half Tons Of Honey To Three Regional Children’s Organizations. Coalition For Kids In Johnson City, Boys And Girls Club Of Tennessee Valley, And Mountain Mission School In Virginia Each Received 2,160 Bottles Of Sue Bee Honey. As Part Of The Donation, Students At Coalition For Kids Participated In An Interactive Lesson About Honeybee Pollination. The Co-Op Says It Took Over Five Million Honeybees To Produce The Nearly 5,000 Pounds Of Donated Honey.
