According To Virginia State Police, A Volkswagen Jetta Was Traveling Northbound On Interstate 81 At Mile Marker 19 Monday, When An Unknown Object Struck The Windshield, Causing The Vehicle To Go Off The Roadway And Strike A Fence And A Tree. 58 Year Old Vickie Taylor, Who Was A Passenger, Was Taken To An Area Hospital And Died The Following Day From Her Injuries. 59 Year Old Mikel Taylor, Suffered Serious Injuries And Has Been Charged With Reckless Driving.
