Two Suspects, Who Were Arrested Within An Hour Of A Carjacking Incident In Gray Tennessee, Will Appear In General Sessions Court This Afternoon In Washington County. Sheriff Keith Sexton Says 39-Year-Old Ryan Waye And 41-Year-Old Tesha McDowell Face Multiple Charges Including Aggravated Robbery, Carjacking And Assault. The Incident Occurred Wednesday Morning At A Business On Bob Jobe Road When The Pair Allegedly Stole A Vehicle During A Meeting To Collect Items From A Repossessed Car. Authorities Used Flock Safety Cameras To Track The Suspects, Who Were Apprehended In Hawkins County. Both Are Being Held Without Bond.
