Delegate Terry Kilgore Says The AEP Legislation Will Stop Customer Disconnections And Prevent Late Fees For One Year. The Bills Also Include Additional Funding For Hurricane Helene Recovery And A 1.4 Million Dollar Allocation For UVA Wise.
