Sullivan County Is Considering More Frequent Property Appraisals Every Two Years Instead Of Every Four. Officials Say This Would Give A Fairer View Of Property Values And Help Local Revenues. The Plan Is Supported By The County Assessor And The Comptroller Of The Treasury. The County Commission Is Expected To Vote On The Resolution February 20th.
