Authorities Are Searching For A Man Who Led Police On A High-Speed Chase Early Monday. Bluff City Police And Sullivan County Deputies Located A Stolen Vehicle On Highway 11e At 1:05 A.M. During A Traffic Stop, The Driver Fled With Passengers Still Inside. The Chase Ended In The Boones Creek Area Where The Driver Escaped On Foot. Police Later Located The Two Passengers With Help From Local Authorities. 39-Year-Old Ricky Hatfield Faces Multiple Felony Charges And Has Active Warrants Out Of Bristol. Call 911 If You See Him.
