When The Resident Tried To Get The Man To Leave, An Altercation Broke Out. Authorities Say The Resident Shot The Man In The Neck. The Wounded Man Fled To A Neighbor’s House Before Being Taken To An Area Hospital. The Investigation Is Ongoing.
