Kingsport Area Transit Service Has Launched A New On-Demand Service Called KATS Connect, Allowing Riders To Request A Ride Via Mobile App “Mobility By Ecolane” Or By Phone. The Service Costs $3 Each Way And Offers Shared Rides With Pickups And Drops Within City Limits. The Service Is Currently In A Trial Phase, With Hopes For It To Become A Permanent Offering. Riders Can Book Through The App Or By Calling The KATS Office.
