A Search Warrant Executed In Abingdon Resulted In Multiple Arrests And A Drug Seizure. The Washington County, Virginia Sheriff’s Office, Along With The Holston River Task Force And Virginia State Police, Carried Out The Early Morning Raid At A Known Drug Distribution Site. 62-Year-Old Carroll Blevins And 37-Year-Old Stephanie Haga Were Charged With Distribution Of Methamphetamine, While 47-Year-Old Tomilya Hughes Was Charged With Possession. 46-Year-Old Adam Hinkle Was Also Taken Into Custody On A Failure To Appear Warrant Related To Fraud. Blevins And Hinkle Are Being Held Without Bond, While Haga And Hughes Have Bonds Set At $2,500 And $2,000 Respectively. All Were Booked Into The Southwest Virginia Regional Jail.
