Tennessee State Representative Bud Hulsey Has Introduced Legislation Aimed At Making It Easier For People With Felony Convictions To Have Their Voting Rights Restored. House Bill 445 Would Allow Individuals Who Have Paid Their Debt To Society To Regain Voting Rights Without Having To Have Their Firearm Rights Restored. Hulsey Said The Bill Would Help Eligible Individuals Reenter Society And Engage In The Democratic Process.
