A Man Wanted In Connection With A Shooting In Johnson County Has Been Arrested This Morning In Elizabethton. Michael Nelson Was Wanted For Attempted Second Degree Murder Following A Shootout In Johnson County. He Was Arrested Outside Lynnwood Apartments Off North Sycamore Street Just After Midnight. He Was In A Stolen Vehicle That Was Being Driven By Erin Church. Both Nelson And Church Are Charged With Possession Of Stolen Property. The Two Were Transferred To The Johnson County Jail.
