The Supreme Court Of Tennessee Has Debarred Former Johnson County Judge Perry Lee Stout From The Practice Of Law. This Comes After Stout Was Temporarily Suspended After Pleading Guilty To A Serious Crime. Stout Signed A Plea Agreement In Circuit Court Admitting To Committing Two Felonies, Conspiracy To Possess To Sell Marijuana And Money Laundering. He Was Sentenced To Eight Years For Those Crimes. A Hearing Panel Found Stout Knowingly Violated The Tennessee Rules Of Professional Conduct.
