Bristol Tennessee Police Have Charged A Woman With Allegedly Sitting A Fire In Her Apartment. 40 Year Old Kari Ann Tuten Is Charged With Aggravated Arson And Reckless Endangerment. The Fire Occurred At 100 Ash Street, And All Occupants Of The Building Were Safely Evacuated With No Injuries. During The Investigation, Authorities Determined The Fire Was Intentionally Set. Tuten Was Taken To Bristol Regional Medical Center For Evaluation And Later Transported To The Sullivan County Jail.
