Marsha And Her Handler, Officer Zach Harris, Completed A Five-Week Training Program In Searches, Tracking, Apprehension, And Drug Detection, Earning Certification From The North American Working Dog Association. Chief Billy Church Says The Team Will Play A Vital Role In Fighting Crime Locally. The $15,000 Cost For Marsha And Her Training Was Covered By The JCPD Drug Fund.
