A Carter County Judge Has Been Rebuked For Failing To Meet Professional Responsibilities In Three Cases. Jason Lee Holly Received A Public Censure From The Board Of Professional Responsibility For Failing To Take Action Or Communicate With Clients, Not Refunding Fees, And Ignoring Disciplinary Complaints. Holly Was Temporarily Suspended Last Year And Is Required To Refund $5,500 In Attorney Fees Within 60 Days. The Censure Does Not Affect His Ability To Serve As A Judge.
