Solid Waste Director Mark Torbett Says The New Technology Will Reduce The Physical Burden On Workers. The 350-Thousand Dollar Facility Is Part Of A 1.8 Million Dollar Investment By The County. Sullivan County Mayor Richard Venable Says The Station Is Open To All Residents Who Can Drop Off Household Trash For A Weight-Based Fee.
