A Russell County Virginia Fugitive Has Been Arrested In Fort Blackmore After More Than A Year On The Run. 40 Year Old Shannon Hall, Was Taken Into Custody After Scott County Deputies Conducted Surveillance On A Residence And Made A Traffic Stop That Led To His Location. Hall Had Been Wanted Since October 2022 For Probation Violations And Failing To Appear In Court On Charges Stemming From A 2006 Shooting Incident. Authorities Say He Was Arrested Without Incident At The Fort Blackmore Home.
