The Hawkins County Sheriff’s Office Is Searching For 60-Year-Old William Milam, Wanted In Connection With A Shooting On Clinch Valley Road Sunday. Authorities Say Milam Allegedly Argued With His Roommate Over Bills, Then Pointed A Gun At Him And Shot Him In The Hip As He Tried To Walk Away. The Victim’s Injuries Are Non-Life-Threatening. Milam Fled The Scene, And Warrants Have Been Issued For Aggravated Assault And Firearm Charges.
