After Years Of Planning And Renovations, Kingsport’s Grace House Homeless Shelter Has Officially Opened Its Doors. The 40-Bed Facility Began Operations On December 2nd At Reduced Capacity And Has Already Recorded 169 Overnight Stays In Its First 10 Days. The Shelter Offers Showers, Laundry, And Day Services Including Case Management And Healthcare Referrals. Executive Director Alanna Leonberg Says The Non-Profit, Funded By Community Donations, Is In A Strong Position And Is Excited To Grow Its Services. Grace House Is Open For Tours And Continues To Welcome Community Support.
