Eastman Credit Union Has Acquired Two Properties Near Johnson City’s Model Mill, Including The Family Skate Center And A Building Originally Planned For A Tennessee Hills Brewery. ECU Plans To Use These Sites For Future Branch Locations But Has No Construction Plans At The Moment. The Family Skate Center Will Remain Open While Ecu Finalizes Its Plans. Tennessee Hills Brewery Still Owns Several More Properties Along Walnut Street.
