John Adams Elementary School Principal Dr. Kelley Harrell Has Been Named The 2024-2025 Tennessee Principal Of The Year. The Tennessee Department Of Education Presented The Award At Its Excellence In Education Celebration, Recognizing Dr. Harrell’s Outstanding Leadership And Commitment To Enhancing Education. Harrell, Who Has Served Kingsport City Schools For Five Years, Said The Award Is A Reflection Of Her Team’s Success And The Supportive Environment At KCS.
