The Army Corps Of Engineers Has Joined Tennessee Environmental Officials In Demanding The Railroad Cease Removing Materials From The River And Its Tributaries. The Orders Follow A Lawsuit By Environmental Groups, That Still Allow CSX To Continue Its Post-Hurricane Rail Line Repairs As Long As They Don’t Harm The River.
