ETSU Has Named Dr. Dottie Greene And Melissa Shafer As The 2024 Notable Women Of Etsu. Dr. Greene, A Leader In Addiction Recovery, Helped Bring Johnson City’s First Recovery Community Center And Developed ETSU’s Clinical Alcohol And Drug Abuse Counseling Studies Certification. Shafer, A Theater Design Expert, Has Shaped Careers In Technical Theater And Led The Tennessee Theater Association As President. Both Were Honored At A Special Event This Week.
