A Federal Court Has Dismissed Tennessee Hills Distillery’s Lawsuit Against The Town Of Jonesborough. The Case Was Dismissed Without Prejudice On November 15 After The Distillery’s Attorney, Clark Jordan, Filed A Motion Citing The Need To Retain New Litigation Counsel. Tennessee Hills Claims The Dismissal Does Not Reflect The Merits Of Its Case, Which Alleged Interference With Its Business Operations By Jonesborough Officials. The Town Did Not Oppose The Dismissal But Reserved Its Statute Of Limitations Defense For Any Future Filings. District Judge Charles E. Atchley, Jr. Signed The Dismissal Order, Closing The Case.
