The ETSU Board Of Trustees Has Approved Pay Increases For Full-Time, Benefits-Eligible Employees. Starting Hourly Wages Will Rise To At Least $15, A Nearly Ten Percent Increase Over Last Year And 31 Percent Higher Than In 2022. All Full-Time, Benefits-Eligible Employees Will Receive A Three Percent Raise, Capped At Seven Thousand Dollars. Additionally, The University Is Allocating $3.2 Million Dollars To Address Pay Gaps In High-Demand Areas Like IT. ETSU President Dr. Brian Noland Emphasized The Importance Of Competitive Salaries To Attract And Retain Top Talent.
