Provisional Ballots Confirmed Johnson City Mayor Todd Fowler And Joe Wise Will Remain On The City Commission, While Vice Mayor Aaron Murphy Narrowly Lost His Seat. Fowler Led With More Than Eleven Thousand Votes, Followed By Newcomer Greg Cox With Over Ten Thousand. Wise Secured The Third Seat With Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Votes, Just Thirty-Eight Ahead Of Murphy. Cox Will Join Fowler, Wise, And Current Commissioners John Hunter And Jenny Brock.
