The ETSU Board Of Trustees Has Approved Pay Increases For Full-Time, Benefits-Eligible Employees. Starting Hourly Wages Will Rise To At Least Fifteen Dollars, A Nearly Ten Percent Increase Over Last Year And Thirty-One Percent Higher Than In Twenty Twenty-Two. All Full-Time, Benefits-Eligible Employees Will Receive A Three Percent Raise, Capped At Seven Thousand Dollars. Additionally, The University Is Allocating Three Point Two Million Dollars To Address Pay Gaps In High-Demand Areas Like It. ETSU President Brian Noland Emphasized The Importance Of Competitive Salaries To Attract And Retain Top Talent.
