A Limestone Tennessee Man Is Facing Charges After Allegedly Attacking Another Person. 41 Year Old Dustin Scott Royle Is Charged With Aggravated Assault Following An Incident On Fortions Drive This Past Monday. Sheriff Keith Sexton Said The Victim Claimed To Have Been In Bed When He Awoke To Someone Banging On His Door. He Went To The Door Armed With A Shotgun And Saw Two Individuals Standing In His Driveway. He Told Them To Leave. A Female Allegedly Charged Him And He Dropped The Gun. He’s Alleging Royle Assaulted Him, Slammed Him On The Ground And Kicked Him In The Face. Security Cameras Captured The Incident. Royle Is Free On Bond And Will Appear In Court On November 25th. The Victim Had To Go To An Area Hospital For Treatment.
