Tennessee Will Receive Up To $42.9 Million To Fund Opioid Abatement Programs, With Payments Expected To Begin Early Next Year. As Part Of The Agreement, Kroger Will Also Implement Measures To Monitor And Report Suspicious Opioid Prescriptions At Its Pharmacies. This Settlement Adds To Over $1 Billion Tennessee Has Already Secured For Opioid Relief.
