Deputy City Manager Ryan McReynolds Delivered The Update During The City’s State Of The City Address. In Addition, McReynolds Shared That The City Will Build A Second Fire Station And Has Seen Significant Growth With 18 New Businesses And 85 Industrial Jobs Added This Year. Kingsport Parks Are Also Set For Big Upgrades, With $5.8 Million In Funding For Bays Mountain Park And The Brickyard Complex. A $2 Million Grant Will Also Go Toward Upgrades At The Kingsport Public Library To Boost Digital Access.
