Kingsport’s Carousel Is Celebrating Its 10th Birthday In 2025 By Inviting Local Artists And Sponsors To Decorate Six Fiberglass Carousel Horses. The Finished Pieces Will Be Showcased At The Second Annual Kingsport Arts Festival On May 3. Special Events Manager Kristie Leonard Says Last Year’s “Goats On Display” Were A Big Hit, And They Expect Even More Community Excitement This Year. Sponsorships Are Available For $2,500, Which Will Fund Projects At The Carousel.
