The Event, Organized By The Sullivan County Anti-Drug Coalition, Promoted The Theme “Protect What You Love,” Highlighting The Importance Of Safely Disposing Of Medications To Prevent Accidental Poisonings And Environmental Damage. Volunteers From New Vision Youth, ETSU Pharmacy Students, And Local Police Departments Assisted At Seven Locations. Medication Safety Coordinator Susie Pedersen Reminded Residents That Permanent Drop Boxes Are Available Throughout The County For Daily Safe Disposal.
