As Tennessee Continues To Tackle Impaired Driving, The Tennessee Highway Safety Office Has Announced The Expansion Of Its Judicial Outreach Liaison (JOL) Program. Judges Beau Pemberton And James Ross Join The Team As Regional JOLs, Making Tennessee The First State To Include More Than One Judge In The Program. The Initiative Aims To Enhance Communication And Training Among Law Enforcement, Courts, And Traffic Safety Officials To Reduce Impaired-Driving Fatalities. The Program Operates In Collaboration With The American Bar Association And Is Funded By The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration​.
