A Johnson City Man Is In Custody Today On Charges Of Child Pornography. Twenty-Eight Year Old Brett Howington Was Arrested Thursday Morning After Johnson City Police Special Victims Unit Investigators Searched His Home. Police Say The Arrest Is Part Of An Ongoing Investigation By The Tennessee Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Howington Is Charged With Aggravated Sexual Exploitation Of A Minor And Is Being Held In The Washington County Detention Center. Investigators Say More Charges Are Pending.
