The Sullivan County Commission Has Approved A 30 Million Dollar Bond To Complete The New Jail. Finance Director Larry Bailey Says The Bond Will Mainly Fund The Jail’s Upper-Level Extension, Adding 224 Beds To The Current 560. The Existing Jail Has 397 Beds, With 240 In The Annex.
