A Bristol, Virginia Man Has Admitted To Killing One Person And Wounding Another In December 2022. Wynston Rhinehart Plead Guilty To Second Degree Murder In The Shooting Death Of 29-Year-Old Christopher Carter And Malicious Wounding In The Shooting Of Harvey Lane. Rhinehart Also Pled To A Firearms Charge. His Sentencing Is Scheduled For January 16th.
