Wellspring Foundation Of Southwest Virginia, Based In Abingdon Has Pledged Over 2-Million Dollars To Disaster Relief Efforts. The Money Will Be Distributed Across The Non-Profit Foundation’s Service Areas, Which Include Washington, Grayson, Russell, And Smyth Counties. The Money Will Be Given To Each Of The County’s Designated Relief Funds.
