A Former Sullivan County Deputy Court Clerk Has Been Indicted On Felony Charges Following An Investigation By The Tennessee Bureau Of Investigation. Valerie Greene Is Accused Of Using Her Position To Unlawfully Access And Seal Electronic Court Records Related To Her Own Criminal History. A Grand Jury Returned A 10-Count Indictment, Including Charges Of Tampering With Governmental Records And Official Misconduct.
