The Greene County Sheriff’s Office Is Continuing To Investigate A Shooting Incident That Left One Person Seriously Wounded. It Happened This Morning Around 3:40 At A Home In The 7000 Block Of Old Stage Road. A Man Called Stating Someone Had Entered His Home And He Had Gone To The Neighbor’s House To Call, Because His Girlfriend Was Still Inside. About Ten Minutes Later, A Female Called Saying She Had Been Shot Twice. Deputies Found A 24 Year Old Female With Gunshot Wounds To Her Hand And Back. She Was Flown To Johnson City Med Center For Treatment And Is Listed In Stable Condition. The Incident Remains Under Investigation.
