Inpatient Services And Emergency Care Are Fully Operational, With Outpatient Services Restarting Today. However, Surgeries Remain Suspended Until Further Notice. Obstetric Services Are Available For Emergencies And Active Labor. Both The Main And Er Entrances Are Now Open. All Ballad Hospitals, Except Unicoi County Hospital, Are Now Open And Accepting Patients.
