The City Of Kingsport Is Spending Over A Million Dollars On A New Customer Information System. Once Fully Up And Running, This Will Streamline Payments Made By Phone Or Computer. It Will Interface With The Water System And Individual Water Meters As Well As Help Keep Closer Track Of City Residential Garbage Carts. The New System Is Expected To Be Up And Running By The End Of Next Year.
