Kingsport Police Have Charged An 11-Year-Old With A Felony For False Reporting After A Tiktok Post Threatened To “Shoot Up” Dobyns-Bennett High School. The Threat, Made On September 19th, Led To Increased Police Presence While Officers Identified The Juvenile Behind The Post. A Petition Has Been Filed, And Authorities, Along With Kingsport City Schools, Say They Take Such Threats Very Seriously And Will Continue Efforts To Ensure Student Safety.
