Marion Virginia Police Chief John Clair Has Been Elected By The Virginia Association Of Police Chiefs As Its First Vice President. This Puts Clair In Line To Serve As The Organization’s President In 2025-26. When This Happens, It Will Be A First For The Town. Clair Also Serves As The Chair Of The Association’s Training And Is On The Certification Committee. He Hopes To Use His Time In The Organization As A Means To Bring Attention To The State, Regarding Challenges Of Rural Law Enforcement Officers.
