A 15-Year-Old Happy Valley High School Student In Carter County Has Been Arrested For Threatening Mass Violence At The School. The Sheriff’s Office Learned Of The Online Threat On September 11th. This Incident Is Unrelated To A Separate Threat Made By An Elizabethton High Student Last Friday.
