Domtar Officials Have Provided The Kingsport Economic Development Board With An Update On Odor Mitigation Efforts. A Plan To Curb The Problem Remains On Track. A Clarifier Has Been Installed, But Has Not Been Very Successful On Tamping Down The Smell. Work To Dredge The Lagoon Is Set To Take Place In November And Is Expected To Help. In The Meantime, The Plant Is Working To Reduce Turnaround Times On The Overall Project. The Kingsport Economic Development Board Meet Next On October 1st.
