Johnson City Police Have Released The Name Of A Shooting Victim Involved In An Incident This Past Weekend In The Downtown Area. He’s Identified As 18 Year Old Charles Dabney Of Greeneville. Another Victim Was Treated At An Area Hospital And Later Released. The Shooting Occurred Early Sunday Morning In The 200 Block Of East Main Street Following An Altercation. No Arrests Have Been Made And Police Are Asking Anyone With Information To Contact Them.
