Johnson City Police Have Arrested A Man For Carjacking, Aggravated Kidnapping, And Aggravated Assault. 28-Year-Old Raymond Miller Of Cincinnati, Ohio, Allegedly Used A Knife To Threaten A Victim And Force Him From His Car On North Roan Street. Miller Reportedly Drove The Victim’s Car, Refusing To Let Him Exit. The Victim Eventually Regained Control And Escaped. Police Arrested Miller Later That Afternoon. He Will Be Arraigned Soon In General Sessions Court.
