A Wildland Fire Reported Monday Has Led To Closures Of Roads, Trails, And Campsites In The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The Flint Gap Fire, Estimated At 10 Acres, Has Prompted Aerial Support From The Tennessee National Guard And Other Agencies. Backcountry Campsites 14, 15, And 16, As Well As Parson Branch Road And Multiple Trails, Are Closed Due To Potential Fire Danger. No Structures Are Currently Threatened.
